Delete your EloCoach account

1. Open the side menu and tap the Settings icon.
2. Tap Delete account and confirm.

Your account and coaching data are deleted straight away.

Email [email protected]with the subject “Delete my EloCoach account”. Send it from the email address you sign in with, or include your Lichess or Chess.com username, so we can find your account. We may ask you to confirm the request, then delete your account within 30 days and reply to confirm it's done.

• Your imported games and rating history
• Your coaching sessions and conversations with the coach
• Your coaching memory (strengths, weaknesses, goals)
• Your linked Chess.com and Lichess usernames
• Your email address and sign-in tokens

To stop deleted-and-recreated accounts from bypassing usage limits, we keep a minimal record: an internal account ID, which sign-in provider you used with its account identifier, and usage-limit records. It contains no games, conversations or coaching data, and is used for nothing else. There is currently no fixed expiry on this record; email [email protected] if you want it removed too.

Pseudonymous analytics and crash data already collected expire under our analytics provider's retention schedule. Full details are in our privacy policy.
